Chocolate swiss meringue buttercream frosting

2 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING - SO EASY AND SO DELICIOUS

This chocolate buttercream frosting is perfect for topping cakes and cupcakes, or as a buttercream filling for your macarons. Use any Whipzi™ flavored powdered sugar for a truly indulgent treat. Just two simple ingredients: Whipzi™ flavored powdered sugar and butter - that's it! Make a little or make a lot. The nice thing about using Whipzi™ for buttercream frosting is how easy it is. You just double the amount of Whipzi™ flavored powdered sugar to your butter, a simple 2:1 ratio for a simple American buttercream.

Beat butter alone with mixer for 2-4 minutes. This makes the butter fluffy and gets lighter in color the longer it is mixed. Add 1/2 of the powdered sugar, mix on low until incorporated, then medium speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl. Add remaining powdered sugar, mix on low until incorporated, then turn speed to medium and mix at least one minute until fully combined.

(OPTIONAL: If you want a softer frosting, for piping etc, add desired liquid, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached)
