WHY IS THE COLOR IN THE POWDERED SUGAR SO MUTED?
In order to stay all natural the color of the flavored powdered sugars are muted. The color is not visible to the naked eye, but once you use it to make buttercream, royal icing, whipped cream etc, you will see a muted color to match the flavor. We did not want to add any artificial dyes.
I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM. IF I CONTACT WHIPZI™ CAN IT BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will research it for you.

We do not accept returns for food items. If you are unhappy, or received the wrong order, please notify us immediately so we can do our best to rectify the situation.
