REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We take a lot of care into the packaging of each order to ensure that you receive a quality item, free of any defects. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damage immediately to whipzico@gmail.com 
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on food items due to health & safety but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery of non-food items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
