  1. Why are the flavored powdered sugars' colors muted?

To maintain an all-natural approach, we deliberately muted the colors of our flavored powdered sugars. While the color may not be very vibrant, once you use them to create buttercream, royal icing, whipped cream, and more, you'll notice a subtle hue that perfectly matches the flavor. We made the conscious decision to avoid adding any artificial dyes to our products.

  1. Can I add an item to my order if I forgot to include it?

Regrettably, once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

Upon shipping your order, you'll receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly contact us with your name and order number, and we'll gladly look into it for you.

  1. Do you accept returns?

For food items, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues or have received an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We'll be more than happy to work with you to rectify the situation.
