PUMPKIN SPICE BARS - A PERFECT FALL TREAT FOR ALL YOU PUMPKIN SPICE LOVERS!

Get your pumpkin spice fix with these delicious pumpkin spice bars. Made with Whipzi™ pumpkin spice flavor powdered sugar, these bars are sure to satisfy your cravings and leave you wanting sweater season all year round! 


INGREDIENTS: CAKE

  • 1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tspn pumpkin spice
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • 1 tpsn baking soda
  • 1 tspn salt

INGREDIENTS: FROSTING

  • 1 stick salted butter, softened
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups Whipzi™ pumpkin spice flavor powdered sugar
  • 1 tblspn vanilla
  • 2-4 tblspns heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS: CAKE

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, beat pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, and eggs with an electric mixer until well combined. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, pumpkin spice seasoning, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into pumpkin mixture until thoroughly combined.  Spread batter evenly into an ungreased 10" x 15" jelly roll pan. Bake in the preheated oven until cake bounces back when gently presses (25-30 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool. 

INSTRUCTIONS: FROSTING

Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat until light and fluffy, add more heavy cream to thin to desired consistency.
