Subtle

Very subtle, which can be a good thing with lavender. The scent is wonderful. As the other reviewer said, the flavor doesn’t come through a lot in baked goods. Would probably be better as a glaze. Despite that, I’m still so excited that there is a US company making flavored sugars!

The flavors are not coming through as well as I would like when using these for my cookies. Haven’t tried as icing or whipped cream but may need to use the whole bag in order to really taste the flavor. I’m going to get experimenting but as of right now I’m indifferent
