Love your products! I have dabbled in most all your flavors with the exception of Lavender as you were sold out so I am off to World Market to find some! I made chocolate covered strawberry sugar cookies for Valentines and used the dark cocoa chocolate and strawberry Whipzi in my cookie recipe! Outcome: they tasted amazingly delicious! I haven’t tried to use it but twice. Both times my macarons came out wrinkled but they tasted amazing. So I figure it’s my fault and not the product. Just gotta figure out the appropriate way to use it because I can’t find much about using it through google But I love the powdered sugar.
